Regency Apartments is conveniently located in beautiful downtown Rochester, Minnesota. The apartment building is within walking distance of the world famous Mayo Clinic Medical Center. The Regency has been providing excellent housing in downtown Rochester for 20 years.

The majority of the apartments are one bedroom units which are fully furnished.We are always seeking to improve the marketability of the units by remodeling and replacing the appliances and furnishings. Our goal is to have units that are clean,fresh and improved.
Living Room Bedroom
The building is secure. There is an on-site manager / maintenance person to quickly respond to emergencies and maintenance concerns. All of the units are air conditioned. Cable TV is provided at no additional charge. There is off-street parking. Heating, water and sewage are covered in the rent. The electrical utility is paid by the resident via an electrical usage reimbursement program. Residents are also responsible for their own phone and internet.
